I was planning to monitor printers toner levels using snmp.
By following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UVg71rRSfo
i got a result of this (see attached file).
In SNMP OID-s Settings I have defined 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.1 AS Kyocera Black Toner Level

Also I tried to monitor Printed Pages Number (or count).
The OID should be 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.10.2.1.4.1.1 BUT i see this data "4 days, 20:53:45.60" instead of 400000+ pages printed.
Any ideas?

Found the problem - it was the data type.
I used text type and thats why it returned me wrong values (or translated values to wrong format).
asset.cust_int was the correct data type for SNMP.

I suggest to add it into documentations.

Did anyone found a workaround to get the HEX values returned by SNMP to be converted to ASCII? For example, most devices return the toner and maintenance kits as HEX. These values are useful as it gives also the product ID of the cartridge/maintenance kit.

Right now, SysAid seems to treat these as Mac address and puts a colon (:) between the hex values.

OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.6.1.1
