Edit default subject on messages sent from within Sysaid

Hello everyone,
Is it possible to edit the default text in the subject line when sending a message from within Sysaid?
And if so, where do I make that change?

Hello Zack,

do you want to change the default of the manually send mails ore do you want to change the automatic ones?

If its the last case you can do this in Settings > Customize > Notifications

Hi Zack,

Yes you can change the manual default subject that is used when sending messages from within SysAid.

To do this go to Settings --> Customize --> Translation, now download the appropriate translation file for your language of SysAid. Open the translation file with a text editor and look for "compose.the.Subject=" you will see that at the right of this equal sign you will see your current default subject (with a tag to add the SR Number). Simply change the information to the right of the equals sign, save the file and upload it back to SysAid in the Translation page.

Hi,
how about using variables in this field.
I want the subject to include the status of the ticket, can we do that?
