I've been asked about posting this before, and finally was able to get my boss to approve this. I bear no responsibility if you mess up your system with this.

This html code is for use under Settings > Customized Notifications > Email Body to Admins and End users (I will name which one is which).

I did not write this code, a previous employee did. I've tweaked the field names and such, but I'm sure the code isn't perfect. Depending on email client, it likes to show a white line between the header, body, and footer..

Apparently the software won't let me add another attachment to the first reply? Here is the bottom of the table image you'll need

Here is my Admin Template. You'll need to upload the bottom of the template somewhere and insert the URL into the code. The same with your top image.

Here is the top image. I expect anyone using this to go through the trouble of creating your own logo instead of stealing ours. Or if your crafty with photoshop paint, blank out the CIU part

Here is the end user template. Like i said you'll have to go through the code, and where it has YOUR URL/YOUR PHONE/ etc you'll have to put the URL into your SysAid instance, or upload these images I've attached to somewhere on your server for use and put the URL in there.

Anyone who knows the slightest bit about HTML should be able to change colors on things, font sizes, etc.

I don't know if one of the Forum Admins can clean this up. It only lets me post 1 attachment per reply..

This was a huge help! Thanks for the share.
in regards to the "spacing" between images; in case anyone is still running into this issue, the fix would be adding this to the IMG tag

For example:

Or you can do it in the header:

Hope this helps.

I'm having trouble with this. Here is the simple HTML used in the End User notification for the Body of the message. I am still testing, so hosting the pictures on the intertubes:

<table style="text-align: left; width: 551px;" border="1"
cellpadding="2" cellspacing="2">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="width: 170px;" colspan="3" rowspan="1"><img
style="width: 550px; height: 83px;" alt="MCIM Help Desk"
src="http://i.imgur.com/---.gif" align="middle"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td style="width: 170px;" colspan="3" rowspan="1">Dear
${ReqUser},
#if(${IsNewSr}==true)Your Service Request #${ID} has been recieved.
#else #if(${isClosedSR}==true) Your service ticket #${ID}, titled
#${Title}, has been closed.
#end</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td style="width: 170px;">#if(${isClosedSR}==true
&& ${ReopenSR}!="0" )Click here if you would like to
reopen this service record: ${ReopenSR}
#end
</td>
<td style="width: 194px;"></td>
<td style="width: 170px;"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td style="width: 170px;"></td>
<td style="width: 194px;"></td>
<td style="width: 170px;"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td style="width: 170px;"></td>
<td style="width: 194px;"></td>
<td style="width: 170px;"></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td style="width: 170px;"><img
style="width: 47px; height: 41px;" alt=""
src="http://i.imgur.com/---.jpg"></td>
<td style="width: 194px;"></td>
<td style="width: 170px; text-align: right;"><img
style="width: 62px; height: 37px;" alt=""
src="http://i.imgur.com/---.jpg"></td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

When I get the email, it is completely blank, and the "source" is only:
<div dir="LTR"></div>

That's it. It's Outlook 2010.
Now, if I paste that same html into a custom signature and insert it into a message, all the html stuff, images, etc show up normally. Of course the filed codes do not resolve in this preview. If I send myself that message, the images and formatting are still there, but the codes still do not resolve and it is just a text dump of all the various statements.

Idea's?
