Email - filter to users only

Hello everyone,

I am new to Sysaid and we just started setting it up. We integrated with email and that is working fine, but I can't seem to find where to filter the incoming addresses. We have requests that are automatically being opened from spam emails. Is there a place where I can filter so that only e-mails from my users will be received?
