RCG Issue

Hi,
I am having issues with one user who works on another companies network.
When trying to use RCG they receive the prompt to allow the connection and I can see within Asset Management the message "the remote computer confirmed the remote control session" however it just sits on that message and never actually connects the session.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

From the RCG documentation it should only require port 443 and access to our sysaid instance. We are able to use RCG fine on other similar sites.
