When I do a new sr i have by default:
the admin group: None
and send to the user: the name of the administrator who is writing the new sr.
in the company: the company of the administrator who is writing the SR
assign to: with the adminitrator who is writing the new sr
I don't want this name in the field : send to the user i want: blank
And the first routing don't work but i thing it's because i have someone in the field : send to the user and something in company off course. or If i want that the routing works i must accept the field in parameters, service support , general: when every details are change. but it's a problem because when we change something after Validate the SR we change the field assign to off course.
