Manager board - what count in statistic

Hi,

I am a bit unsure about how sysaid count the average "time to repair"..

When a SR has the status of pending or postponed - is it then calculated within the time to repair report..

This is the report I am trying to generate..

Hey Mikkel,

By design, the "Time to Repair" is configured in Preferences > Help Desk Settings > Timers.
If you click on Expression Builder, you can add / remove whichever statuses you like.
