Renaming a Field in a Support Ticket History

All,
Greetings to all my fellow SysAiders from sunny Wales!
Being a newbie, I have a lot of questions arising from personalizing our help-desk setup and have to turn to you again!
I am looking to rename a field within a service request, but cannot find anything within the .UTF8 file. I have attached a image of the are area in question.
Under the History section, you can see the 'Change' section. Underneath you can see it states 'Incident Change' which I am trying to rename to 'Fault Changed'

Has anyone got any ideas on how to do this please?
