Is there any way to do this? We often get tickets about the same issue and it's a mess having so many open tickets...

Hi,

It is currently not possible to merge tickets in SysAid and there is a feature request open on this function (#8842 - you can vote on it in this thread), but it is possible to associate tickets as parent/child - so when the parent ticket closes, the child ticket closes as well. You can use the Parent ID field in a ticket for this function.
