Custom user lookup field?

Is it possible to create custom fields that does a lookup on the list of users like the "Request user". Ideally I would like to add a few more to track different things like : "Developped by", "Tested by", "Promoted by", etc..

Hi,

There is no such option out of the box, but one method can work for one field only (skip to my second paragraph if all 3 field are necessary):
You can use an unused User field in SysAid (for example, Followup User), then change its name in the Translation file to "Developed by", and add this field to your workflow (this can be done by editing the Sub type view: at Settings > Service Desk Templates > Sub Types > clicking on the desired Sub type > clicking on "Edit Sub Type View").

If all 3 fields are necessary, I suggest contacting your account manager and checking if this can be performed a special project by our Professional Services team.
