Going on vacation

I just wanted to let you know that I won't be available in the SysAid Community from tomorrow until August 22nd, owing to vacation.

While I'm gone, Slava, one of our Tier 3 technical support engineers, will be responsible for responding to queries in the forum. Please behave nicely
That said, if your matter is urgent, I recommend contacting your Account Manager or our technical support team directly through the helpdesk/chat in the first instance, as Slava isn't as quick as me at responding! Joke: he just has his actual day job to do on top of mine!
