How to change events in notifications

There are some events in Customize > Notifications (Email subject to administrator, email body to administrator and so on). Is it possible to add my own events to this list to create my own email action? For example I need to send notification on subtype change for request user.

Hi Labtec,

Generally, you can use Escalation Rules to send notifications when any field is set to anything specific, but you can't create a condition for when the field is *generally* changed.

This may be possible as a special project. If you are interested, I recommend contacting your account manager for more information.
