Hi Shah Faraz Alam,

Can you please let us know the following:
1. Which OS is your server running? Is it 32 or 64 bit?
2. Which version of SysAid? And which edition (Free or not)?
3. What are the hardware specs of the server (especially the amount of RAM)?

Cheers,
Danny

You appear to be using a very out-of-date version of SysAid. I'd suggest upgrading to the latest version first and checking if the issue is resolved. It also appears like your RAM does not meet the minimum requirements for SysAid (2 GB) and would suggest increasing it.

For more information on upgrading, please review SysAid Help > SysAid Upgrade Guide.

Cheers,
Danny

Hi Praveen,

By the machine specification, SysAid should work without issues. Can you please clarify what you mean by "slow response"? On which actions, and how many seconds?
How much RAM and CPU usage is being generated on the server machine? Is any resource-heavy software installed on the same machine?

Thanks,
Danny
