Calendar Sync with Office365 Pro Cloud based

Recently we changed to Office 365 Pro "Cloud Based" My email integration seems to work well, however calendar sync does not appear to like any setting I have given it as a URL. I have tried the following

https://outlook.office365.com/owa

https://outlook.office365.com

https://login.microsoftonline.com/owa

https://login.microsoftonline.com

http://outlook.com/owa/mydomain.onmicrosoft.com

Any suggestions anyone...Again mail appears to flow correctly just no calendar sync !!

Hi, we are having the same issue. O365 email integration works, but not calendar sync. Did anyone come back with the answer for this?

There is a relatively new bug that affects this function. Its number is #24551. I suggest contacting your account manager to add your account to the bug weight.

Ok so I was able to get the settings in and it saved them (before it would keep wiping out the password field). I actually have Exchange 2010 so I made sure that all my settings matched the settings for that. It does and it passes the configuration test with no problem. I added something to the Calendar but it has been 30 minutes and it is still not showing up on my Outlook calendar.


Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug... I've got a service request open for it at the moment and the person working on it has acknowledged it.

In my testing I found that the Calendar would sync for incidents and software expiration dates but not service request dates.

I also noticed that incident dates would only show in the Month and Agenda views.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I was just making sure if this was not fixed due to other changes. I have escalated this bug in the queue to the next couple of development sprints. More information will be posted when available.
