Embed Video into Knowledge Base Article?

I was wondering if we could embed videos (from YouTube, etc.) into SysAid Knowledgebase articles. Is there a process to this? The text boxes do not accept HTML tags so I was unable to force it to embed the video.

My organization is running Education Enterprise Edition with Build Number v15.4.02 b27

Hi jwinsett,

This is currently not possible in SysAid and there is an open feature request #17190 on this topic. You can vote on it here.

If the issue is urgent, I suggest contacting your account manager for an option of a special project.

I realize how old this question and answer are but it was the only question I could find on the subject.

While it seems like the answer is still "No" in 2021, the knowledge base does definitely support GIFs which we have begun using in our company.
