API Rest SysAid, documentation and Support for Extracting Data

Good morning,
My company needs to extract data from SysAid (Cloud Edition) and integrate them with other data from other software. The report and Bi service provided from Sysaid it's not ok for the purpose of the request. I need to extract data from the Sysaid by using the API provided.
I am wondering if someone has already performed this kind of task and if I can find some examples of extracting data about incidents.

Another question,
what is the best way to go?

I see there are basically two options :
Rest API
and "the normal" API

I am testing the normal API and it's working (I cannot see an Asset Type but I guess that with Software and Computers I have all the Assets information:

I saw that a WEB Rest API it's available with json answer. But I don't know if it's supported by the cloud version.

Can you give me some advices?

What kind of data are you interested in? Let me know and I'll check with the team on the appropriate API (SOAP/REST).
