Dashboard no longer shows Open Service Requests by Admin

We're in the cloud, and this chart (which was working several weeks back) no longer works on our dashboard ('no data to display') and the option has been removed from the 'Select chart' drop down.

Hi Tony,

Can you please post a screenshot of this? Additionally, can you check if any filter is being applied under Settings > Manager Portal > Design Dashboard for this specific chart.

Hi TonyH,

As far as I'm aware, this is not a chart that exists in SysAid at least since v15.2 (which is how far back I've checked), unless you've had it developed for you as a special project. Perhaps you were using the Service Records Overview chart with "Group by" set to "Assigned to"?

Can you post a screenshot of the dashboard with the message "No data to display"?

I removed the two that were showing that and replaced them with filler apps until I could get this resolved.

I went back and placed the Service Records Overview chart with the "Assigned to" group and that will work just fine. Thanks much for your help.
