As far as I'm aware, this is not a chart that exists in SysAid at least since v15.2 (which is how far back I've checked), unless you've had it developed for you as a special project. Perhaps you were using the Service Records Overview chart with "Group by" set to "Assigned to"?
Can you post a screenshot of the dashboard with the message "No data to display"?
