New iOS SysAid Helpdesk app is now available on the App Store

We’re happy to announce that the new SysAid Helpdesk for iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod touch) is now available in Apple App Store:
As part of this release we’ve:
-Improved problem reporting
-Updated app infrastructure
-Added usage statistics collection
-Added crash analytics capabilities
-Improved UX
-Fixed bugs

This App replaces the old iPad and SysAid Cloud Helpdesk apps.

Hi Paul,

We have an open feature request for push notifications for the iOS App (FR#25776).

I'll post an update here when I have an estimate and also when the feature will be available on TestFlight for beta testers.

I have installed on my iPhone 7+ the local and Cloud app!
The latest version of the Cloud App crashes as soon as I want to open it.

Glad to hear it. Did you upgrade this app from the Cloud app, or performed a clean install at first?

First I did an update, then the app was unstable!

As a solution: Delete the app from the iPhone and then reinstall.

A quick update on upgrading to the new app.
We received 2 complaints about the upgrading causing the app to crash - a simple uninstall and install fixed the crash issues.
We are still looking into the reasons for this - if anyone else runs into this - please contact support@sysaid.com so we can gather more information on the crash.

Hi there,

One question, when I try to login to the new app I get the message 'We're sorry, No mobile App Permission'. Any idea how I can solve this?
