Automatic Create Requests

Good Morning,

Is it possible to create automatic service requests on Sysaid through tasks or projects? We have some work that must be done daily by our support technicians. I would like daily tickets to be created so that the technician could carry out the tasks and register the results as in a normal request made through the portal or email.

Hi jcazeri,

Yes, it's possible. You will need to configure a notification that creates an SR under Settings > Tasks & Projects > Notifications, then use it in the "Notification" tab of the Task.

Hey EgiszZ,

If you use the "Linked elements" field in the project template, you as the person responsible for the project can follow the inquiries and change the progress of the project manually.
Automatic processing is not possible.

Otherwise I can only recommend following Maayan's suggestion to work with the workflow designer.
