Notify Admin on Assignment (ONLY)

Hello,

I am looking for a creative way to only send an email notification to an administrator when a SR is assigned to them.
I do not want an email sent for every change made to the SR but only when it is assigned.

I spoke with a tech from sysaid and they showed me how to filter the email notifications and choosing "assigned counter is greater than 1"

However that doesn't make sense to me as I need the notification to be sent no matter how many times the ticket is re-assigned.

Any ideas on how this can be done???

I was looking into workflow notifications as well and trying to see if I could do something with that.

Hi Mossmak,

This is not currently possible, but can be achieved with a special project. I suggest contacting your account manager to discuss this.
