Hello All,

I have changed my Chat Image from our SysAid Cloud version by going to Setting/Chat/Chat Queues and uploaded both an Offline Image and a Online Image within a queue. When I log into the end-user portal (as a test user) the Chat image changes on all pages except the "Submit an Incident" and the "Submit a Request" pages. Do I need to change this in another location?
