How do I escalate incident record to admin group.

My company require me to assign incident record to certain admin group based on the location the user select on the drop down list. I am not allowed to change the categories due to my boss requirement. I check on the escalating rules via Setting > Service Desk > Escalation Rule and I only saw the re-assign 'Service Record to'.
Is there a way to route to an admin group without changing the categories?

Hi IdoNotKnow,

Click on Action Builder and choose Admin Group from elements.
