Illegal Group reference

I have one admin who can not access any tickets. When tries to he gets an INternal Error Illegal Group Reference message in the main page area. Possibly a static view filter issue? Any clues on how to fix. Restarting did nothing.

We are on version v16.1.25 b28. This is as up to date as we can get since we are on linux.

Hi sleeper,

This is indeed possible it is a static filter issue. Do you know which static filter he's using? You can try accessing it if you have additional admin accounts and see if its query is proper. Normally there should also be a link to reset the static filter if the issue is caused by it though, so if this fails, our support team will need to take a look at your system. Let me know.

Honestly I don't know much about static filters . I do have admin rights myself in sysaid but would know what to do to try and remove his static filter.
