I have one admin who can not access any tickets. When tries to he gets an INternal Error Illegal Group Reference message in the main page area. Possibly a static view filter issue? Any clues on how to fix. Restarting did nothing.
This is indeed possible it is a static filter issue. Do you know which static filter he's using? You can try accessing it if you have additional admin accounts and see if its query is proper. Normally there should also be a link to reset the static filter if the issue is caused by it though, so if this fails, our support team will need to take a look at your system. Let me know.
