Is there a way to mass disable Categories that show up under the incidents and requests for end users? I have attached a picture to show where I am talking about.

Hi jah88,

Check the checkboxes near the categories you wish to change the visibility for, and then in the "Visible in EUP" dropdown, select "No", and click Set.
