Internal Error when attempting to resolve a call

Hi guys, I just signed up to the free cloud version of SysAid, if only to try it out and compare it to SpiceWorks version.

Anyway, i added a customer, and logged a ticket against that customer.
Now when I click on Solution (even Activities tab, other tabs load just fine) I get an Internal Error message, like the rest of the frame cannot be loaded, simple message within the browser, not a pop up. Not a great start!

So any ideas why this would happen? Is it happening to others or am I the unlucky one?

The built in ticket that came with the account, that is no problem, I can click on Solution and Activities tab without issues, only my ticket.

Never mind, subsequent tickets are working fine, mind you, i didn't add many more but will keep my eye on it in case other tickets fail too.
