Hi, has anyone had a problem getting to the problems in the training. I watch each of the modules, however, I don't get a prompt to take a quiz or do anything. Additionally, I get a blank screen after the "final exam" loads. I would appreciate any help anyone has.

Hi 4rServiceDesk,
The platform is running on flash, which is blocked by chrome. On certification page click on the padlock in the address bar, go to site settings and allow flash. This should work.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it! I took the exam and passed it, I guess I will wait for the printed certificate. I saw option to print the ecertificate, but that wasn't a hyperlink for me. Soo.. thank you

Hi, I am having the same issue. I can't access the Academy from either Chrome or Edge. I have allowed flash in settings and this did not resolve the issue.
