EML and MSG attachments not supported by SysAid

Hi,
I noticed that SysAid is not able to recognize any service request that has some attachments with extension MSG or EML.
What happens is the follow:

a. in the list of attachments, I see those files, but they have no extension
b. if I try to download them, and I manually add the extension msg or eml, outlook opens them however they're blank.
c. the following attachments I know for sure should be there, seem to be missing. so if I know that ticket should have 10 files, and the EML file is at position 5, the files 6 7 8 9 10 are missing.

I am using exchange and my sysaid version is 17.3.57

Hi Sartorello,

Following extensive research, both within our product and outside, we've come to the conclusion that we can't support emails as inline attachments. This is due to limitations with how .msg files are sent by Outlook and stored in Exchange.

Hi the link seems to be broken.
So you mean there is nothing you can do to fix the problem?

My apologies, the link has been fixed.

At the moment - no. I'll keep checking with the team and update if a solution is found.
