Initializing Account Failed

Hi folks!
I'm with problems on Sysaid instalation end, on initializing Account. I enter the Main User Name and Password. The installshield Wizard return below screen "Initializing account, please wait...) and when pass to "Finalizing account initialization, please wait..." i recive a pop-up screen saiding "Account initialization failed!". I dont need said that the sysaid instalation failed. I dont finded nothing this error on logs. Someone Has anyone ever faced this problem before?

Did you perhaps have an instance of MS SQL installed on the machine prior to attempting to install SysAid Free?

Danny, I already had a Sysaid Server on this machine, but I uninstalled the prior version. I'm installing this Sysaid version <http://cdn3.sysaid.com/SysAidServer64.exe>.

Please also uninstall MS SQL instances if you have any and restart the machine before attempting to re-install SysAid. Let me know if this works.

Hi Danny,
The MS SQL used for the Sysaid Databases there is in other server with others database.
There is another way to fix this problem?

Are you using SysAid Free edition? If so - it only supports the MS SQL DB it comes with.

If your trial license is still active, I suggest contacting our support team to see how this can be resolved.
