Be able to add two or more people to assigned to rather than duplicate

I would like to be able to have the option of adding an additional technician on the assigned to section, rather than copy the task?

I would also like to be able to add additional names to who has logged the ticket.

Is this possible?

1. Perhaps you could use the "Followup User" field for this purpose. If not, then this might be a job for our Professional Services team as a special project. Please contact your account manager if you're interested.

2. Could you clarify what do you mean by "add additional names to who has logged the ticket"?
