submit user doesn't get a mail

Hi,

We have a request where the submit user is a different user than the request user. But the submit user still wishes an e-mail that the submitted the ticket is this possible?

Hi Spikeycloud,

This can be found under Settings > Service Desk > General > "Send the end user notifications to the Submit User who submitted the Service Record".
