Portal Auto assigns

Hi

i have a problem where if the end users log a ticket using the web portal it auto assigns it to people in the admin support team group it looks like it just picks any person in that team and assigns it. is there anyway to stop this from happening or set it that any request or incidents made from the web portal just assigns it to the admin team group and not set to an individual
