Self Service Portal show incidents for enduser group

Hi,

Self Service Portal only shows incidents for the logged in user who has submitted the incident.

Is it possible to show incidents for a other users which have not submitted an incident, for example for all members of a enduser group? Or are there alternatives how to achieve something like showing incidents for all members of a department in self Service Portal, regardless which enduser has submitted an incident?

Hi AFu,

If a user is setup to be a Company/Department Supervisor, he will be able to see the tickets created for Company/Department under the Supervised tab in SSP.
