Reporting Based on Time (Outside Working Hours)

I am looking for a report that I can run that shows the following;

-Tickets received outside of working hours (Monday-Friday)

-Tickets Received (Saturday-Sunday)

There seems to be an abundance of reports available and I am having a hard time tracking one down that can perform these above tasks.

Is there a report that is able to show tickets received outside of working hours from a specified date range - specified date range?
