Initiate Chat through Agent results in 404/Page Not Found

Hello,

I am currently configuring SysAid after updating to the latest on-premises release, and have found an issue with the Chat utility.

When an end-user opens a chat window from the self-service portal, everything works without issue. However:

When an admin initiates a chat from the console to a user, that users agent shows the request, and once accepting, gets a 404 error (please see attached picture). This happens in Chrome, and IE (with either browser set to default and the user is logged into it).

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
