Hello!
I would like to be able to resend the survey link. The goal being to each week generate a list of tickets where no survey was completed, and send a 1 time reminder "Please fill out a survey"

Any idea how to accomplish this?

Hi Tom,

You will need to create an escalation rule that looks for closed tickets with unfilled survey after a certain amount of time (perhaps limit it to not apply this to old tickets), and sends a new notification with a survey link inside, then raises the escalation level of the tickets (or their status, if you prefer).
