Hi All,

Hopping someone will be able to help with this. We are trying to finalise our self service portal and want to remove System Toolbox Items but the tick box on all Toolbox Widget Items is greyed out and we cant seem to find anything within the settings to explain this.

Hi Sean,

You cannot delete system items. You can however mark them Disabled to not show them in SSP.

Hi Danny,

We have tried doing that but the ticket boxes are greyed out so we can't change this setting (As seen in the attached screenshot). Wondering if this is controlled by another setting within SysAid?

Hi Sean,

I'm referring to the "Enabled" dropdown, which is set to "Yes" in your screenshot.
