More control of widgets in the insights panel - FR#35459 - 19.2.20

The new insights panel in the SR form provides a high level overview of various measurements in your help desk at a quick glance.

In setting up your insights panel, you may want to configure it to display certain widgets to a specific group of users or to hide certain widgets from other groups of users. For example, let’s say that the Relevant KB Articles widget is very helpful for admins who belong to the Support admin group, but not so helpful for most of the other admins in your organization.

Well, we’ve got you covered! The widget form now includes a group control where you can specify groups who can view the widget or groups who cannot view the widget.
