Hello
Is there a way to undeploy in bulk, from the asset list?

Hey Tatiana,

you can use the Agent Deployment Plan to undeploy the SysAid agent.

1. Navigate to Settings >> Network Discovery >> Agent Deployment Plan
2. Create a new plan or edit your existing plan and choose the option Un-deploy in the Command dropdown list.
3. Configure the Deploy To option and configure the appropriate fields for the range or domain.
4. Run it.

I've used that method several times, works really well!

Cheers,
Max

Hi Max

Thank you for your reply - I'm aware of that option, but it's not what I'm looking for. I just would like to be able to undeploy the agent from one or a few computers rather than from a range of IP or a whole domain.
I know that I can create a new plan for just one IP but it would be so much easier if alongside Deploy will be Undeploy button.

Kind regards
Tatiana

ahh, ok. Yeah, that would be a nice addition. I don't think SysAid has any other tools besides that, you could try to start the undeploy script via group policy.

Maybe @Danny can open a feature request for that or check if there is one already.
