Automate Incident Logging From Staging Database

Good day,

We use Sysaid to log incidents and Requests for our customers that is country wide.

We have a group of stores that belongs to a Franchise. This franchise exists out of +-400 stores.

These store publish sales information to Head Office for BI Reporting etc usage however there are stores that is behind on a daily basis.

We host the Head Office Database internally. We want to know if it will be possible to automate the logging of these tickets on a daily basis.

We will use a criteria to import these stores into our staging database and want to import these as incidents into sysaid. This will eliminate user errors where calls are not being logged as well as save time.
