Timers Measurement in the DB

Good day,

Could someone please advise in what measurement the timers are stored in the service_req_history table, this way I can report better using SSRS to see how long a call has been with a department.

The assigned group is Support and below are the timer values:

assigned_group Support Group Timer
Support 102697560

How can I convert this back to Hours / Days so that we can see how long a call has been with a specific department?
