Customizing new incident notification sent to administrators

I'm trying to find where I can customize the "New Incident #xx,xxx" email which is sent to administrators when a user creates a new incident. It doesn't seem to appear in the list of notifications under Customize -> Notifications.

It's the second one in the Notifications list: "Email to administrator regarding a Service Record"

Hmm - the Subject for that template is



Yet the title never gets included in the subject line for these emails.

There is a lilliputian mistake in the subject: replace with

Wow, that was indeed the problem. One other question, how can I test for the presence of a blank administrator value? You can see what I'm trying to do, but always returns true.

Try with ${user} in lowercase

Change the tag, try with this: ${AssignedTo}
