SOAP API Not Working After Upgrade

Good day,

We have updated Sysaid to the latest version. However we have found that the API doesn't seem to be connecting anymore, below is the connection string:



I have added the screenshot of the error as an attachment.

Please advise if we are missing something here.

We managed to resolve the issue, we updated the enablesoapapi configuration value in the configuration_flags table.

The API is now working. Could be that this field weren’t referenced in the older versions.
