Remove HTML from Tickets from Emails

When users get blocked by our Web Filtering they can click on the blocked page to report the issue to us. The email the filter generates has very little customization offered (Thanks Cisco Umbrella!). We are stuck with it creating an HTML email. To say it is making the ticket ugly is an understatement. Can we have the email integration strip the HTML?
