Admin - user interface issues

When I access the sysaid portal as an admin, in the top left of the screen I see the Sysaid logo. I do not see any menu items (ex: service desk or assets links). The icons to the right (ex: settings, quick search, profile etc) do not do anything when I click on them.

If I click on the Sysaid icon, I get to the admin portal & can see open service desk requests, but the top menu bar completely disappears.

Sysaid version Spring 2017. Browser 77.0.3; win10 1809. Reproducible on same PC w/IE 11.
