Require Confirmation from end user to close ticket

Is there a way to require the end user to confirm that their issue has been resolved before the admin can close a ticket. I was on a call with Microsoft the other day and I believe they were using Logmein Rescue. Before the tech could close the ticket I had to complete a form that included a dropdown that confirmed the issue was resolved. It has had a 5 start rating component that could be filled out as well. The tech could not close the ticket until I completed those two tasks.
