Change default end user notification when status changes

Hi!

I'm looking for where the template is stored for the notifications triggered under Service Desk > General when a service record changes. We want to remove the redundancy in the email message as the top line of the email body matches the subject line of the email.

I've attached an image with the highlighted line I would like to remove.

In Settings > Customize > Notifications, you can find the list of notifications - that body may be the #5th
