Embed serviceportal to a html site FR# 53280

Hello
I'm embedding the service portal to a simple html iframe tag, but I always get "Connection refused" or "this content cannot be displayed in a frame"

But I need to centralize my help desk in our intranet

I saw something in this forum like "?noframe=YES", but still not working
had anyone this same issue that could possibly help me with that

my SysAid license is SAAS (Online)

Hi caiochips,
Unfortunately currently iFrame capability is not available but there is an open FR regarding this that I have linked you to so you will get updates as status changes. FR no is #53280

Hi caiochips,
Currently there isn't visibility of the feature request list but this is going to change during Q1 2022! Until then, you will be updated through email notification about this FR you are associated with once in delivery pipeline.
