This is from a while ago but is a great question (!) so will dive right in
Option #1 - Add main Asset field to SR template
In SR template make sure "Main Asset" field is added and then when user reviews ticket they can click on 3 dots of Main Asset > Show details, it will open another window with the main Asset associated information.
Option #2 - Add tab to user details with all assets
In SR click on 3 dots next to "Request user" > Show Details > open new window
> top right click triangle icon "Design form"
Define new tab and choose relevant field to be displayed in tab (in this case "Assets") don't forget to save
And now when opening "Show Details" of user the additional tab will be there and any assests associated to user will be displayed there
