I have a question that I hope is easy for someone to help with.
When we get a ticket submitted we get a email that has the field
Request User: Domain\(User logon name)
We would like it to me something with more information like
Request User: Display name
Where in sysaid would I be able to configure how that "Request User" field is populated?
