The easiest way in your case would be to stop the SysAid Server and the SysAid Server (SYSAIDMSSQL) services, go to \SysAidMsSql\MSSQL10_50.SYSAIDMSSQL\MSSQL\DATA folder, copy the files ilient.mdf and ilient_log.ldf to a backup directory outside this folder structure (because the original folders will be deleted).
Then simply uninstall SysAid and MSSQL completely. Afterwards, download the latest version of SysAid, install it, stop the services mentioned above (SysAid Server and SysAid Server (SYSAIDMSSQL)), go to the same directory and copy your old ilient.mdf and ilient_log.ldf files to it, overwriting the new files. Then, restart the services you have stopped.
